2025 Rookie Mock Draft – Superflex, Non-TE Premium (12-Team)
With another rookie mock draft in the books, it’s time to break down the landing spots and skill sets of each of the top 36 picks in this year’s Superflex, Non-TE Premium format. From early-round studs to late-round fliers, here’s how the board shook out:
Round 1
1. Ashton Jeanty – RB, Raiders
Jeanty is a dynamic, multi-phase runner with elite burst and underrated hands in the passing game. He joins a Raiders backfield with no true feature back, giving him a chance to lead touches from Day 1.
2024 Stats: 275 rushes, 2,062 rushing yards, 27 rushing touchdowns
2025 Projected Role: Lead Back
2. Omarion Hampton – RB, Chargers
Hampton brings a bruising, tackle-breaking style that will play well in short-yardage and red zone situations. With a rookie quarterback in Los Angeles, he could become a volume-driven fantasy RB2 as early as midseason.
2024 Stats: 281 rushes, 1660 rushing yards, 15 rushing touchdowns
2025 Projected Role: Committee Back
3. Tetairoa McMillan – WR, Panthers
McMillan is a long, fluid route technician who excels in contested catch situations. Carolina lacks a true alpha receiver, giving Tet a shot at being Bryce Young’s go-to option.
2024 Stats: 84 receptions, 1319 receiving yards, 8 touchdowns
2025 Projected Role: Starting X Receiver
4. Cam Ward – QB, Titans
Ward’s playmaking ability outside the pocket and deep ball accuracy give him fantasy upside few QBs in this class match. Tennessee is rebuilding and he should be under center early, with dual-threat potential.
2024 Stats: 4313 passing yards, 39 touchdowns, 7 interceptions
2025 Projected Role: Starting QB
5. Quinshon Judkins – RB, Browns
Judkins runs with vision and contact balance and can grind out yards between the tackles. He’s got a clear runway to long-term RB1 upside.
2024 Stats: 194 rushes, 1060 rushing yards, 14 rushing touchdowns
2025 Projected Role: Lead Back
