Summer League Standouts: Klintman, Jakucionis, and Lanier Shine in Pistons-Heat Clash

The NBA 2K26 Summer League in Las Vegas saw the Pistons roll past the Heat, 108–85, behind strong showings from several young players.

Bobi Klintman led Detroit with 20 points on 7-of-11 shooting, knocking down 3 threes and adding 4 rebounds. He looked confident as a floor-spacer and made smart plays on defense.

For Miami, Kasparas Jakučionis scored 15 with 5 rebounds and 3 assists. He stayed aggressive despite a cold shooting night, getting to the line and showing flashes of his playmaking.

Cameron Lanier struggled from the field but still contributed with 4 assists, 2 steals, and steady ball movement for Detroit.

Scout’s Take

Klintman’s efficiency and two-way effort stood out most, while Jakučionis showed the kind of tools Miami hopes to develop. Lanier’s composure was also a positive for Detroit
